During Your Selection Month
- Announce the start of your selection period with the Launch Day Email.
- Visit your selected Shaw’s and post a picture of the GIVE BACK WHERE IT COUNTS Reusable Bag rack. This way, your supporters will know exactly where to go to purchase a bag in support of your organization.
- Check out the Monthly Toolkit for social media posts, an Instagram Story, a flyer, and a promotional video.
- Brainstorm creative ways to promote the partnership with the Social Media Examples.

After Your Selection Ends
- Thank your supporters for their help with the Thank You Post found in the Monthly Toolkit. Simply download the post and you are ready to share!
- Sit back and relax! Approximately one week after your selection month ends, you will receive a final email with the total amount that will be donated to your organization by Shaw’s and when your check will be sent. To update your address or ask any questions, please contact Program Manager Andrea Macri at shaws@bags4mycause.com or (603) 380-9336.
- Hoping to partner with the GIVE BACK WHERE IT COUNTS Reusable Bag Program again? Your nonprofit will continue to be available for selection by the Store Leadership Team, so there is no need to reapply for the program. When selected, your organization will receive an email approximately one month before your selection begins.
